Vraiment très bien, cadre top, skipper top, bateau top (en plus on a finalement eu droit au 450)
Annexe un peu petite mais pas bien grave.

La embarcación -The Great Catsby- fue entregada en buenas condiciones y en el horario previsto. El briefing estuvo bien, aunque hubiera sido mejor de haber tenido una persona que hablara "algo" de español.
Me sorprendió que no tuviera inodoros eléctricos y, la vajilla no estaba totalmente preparada para una tripulación de 8 personas.
La provisión de elementos para hacer "snorkel" no eran las mejores.
Pedimos un service que debo decir se acercó rapidamente a la isla Norman donde habíamos fondeado,
Espero estos comentarios puedan servir para mejorar la oferta que ustedes ofrecen.

Great Destination and easy sailing

A week sailing around the BVI was just what the doctor ordered after the pandemic. The whole process with the charter company was smooth and professional. The boat was in tip top condition, we had a pump blow on the boat but the engineers came out and fixed it immediately. Provisioning was easy but you actually could eat at restaurants on the island every day if you wanted. We stayed in hotels in Tortola a night either side but should have booked in Nanny Cay.

Realizamos nuestro viaje en un Bali 4.8 a través de las Islas Vírgenes Británicas. La embarcación estaba nueva, muy limpia y muy bien mantenida. A la embarcación le damos 5/5. La atención de GlobeSailor fue extraordinaria en todo momento. Stefany siempre estuvo pendiente de nuestro viaje y atenta a qué nuestra experiencia fuera de la mejor calidad. Felicidades a Stefany de GlobeSailor. Definitivamente volvería a trabajar con ellos y los recomiendo ampliamente.

The base team at Marsh Harbour were excellent. The boat was in excellent condition when picked up. Terrence was fantastic and went through the navigation charts and provided many helpful tips. Naz and Crabs also made sure the boat was ready and helped in any way they could. Big Charlie provided great restaurant tips. Fantastic vacation!!!

This 4 boat flotilla aboard the new Lagoon 45s could not have gone smoother. Compton and Avril were great, both with the pre-planning and then their flexibility and support in getting our guests onto the boats and off the dock in a reasonable time. We will be back... Rusty Pete. #rustypete

La experiencia en el Catamarán excedió nuestras expectativas! Natalie fue pieza clave para concretar este viaje, siempre tan amable y servicial, respondió todas mis preguntas y aclaró todas las dudas! Luego en la empresa de chárter, nos encontramos con la energía y buena vibra de Abril, ella fue tan gentil y su atención fue inigualable. De igual manera fue con Leticia y el resto del staff. Y finalmente la convivencia con el capitán Boss fue increíble, nos complació, cuidó y siempre con una sonrisa y un “no problem”. Un gran ser humano, respetuoso y muy querido en donde quiera que fuimos. Además, nos brindó mucha seguridad. No importa cuándo y a dónde vayamos, queremos continuar planificando nuestras vacaciones con este súper equipo! Gracias por todo y por hacer de nuestras vacaciones unas inolvidables.

Bare boating in the BVI - trip of a lifetime

After numerous flights and a fast ferry ride to Tortola we were so pleased with the service provided by the operator at the Hodges Creek marina. All staff were extremely friendly and the introduction procedures went without a hitch. One tip for anyone collecting their vessel from Hodges Creek - there is really nothing in the way of shops in the area (even just to buy a bottle of water) so make sure you stock up with all required food and drink before you get there. Quite a few of the local supermarkets offer grocery delivery and given the somewhat isolated location that is the way to go. Alternatively, depending on the route you choose there are quite good provisioning facilities at Sopers Hole and again at Leverick Bay.
We had an Oceanis 45. The vessel was is great condition. The only issue we had was a bit of an electrical fault so that the anchor winch was a bit temperamental and we had some problems with navigation lights. Any calls back to base were however answered promptly and they were quick to assist in resolving any issues.
We chartered our yacht at the beginning of May 2017 which was in shoulder season. The weather (apart from one day) was fantastic and the water temperature just right. I'd be a bit reluctant to try and charter in peak season as there are limited moorings at quite a few of the destinations and I think in peak season it would be a race each day to pick up a mooring. For those who want to spend the afternoon at the beach at Soggy Dollar Bar, I'd suggest you pick up a mooring in Foxys Bay first and then dingy around the point to Soggy Dollar - the moorings in that bay filled up particularly quickly.
Snorkeling in the BVIs is a real treat and the equipment that came with the vessel was fantastic. Some of our favourite snorkeling spots were The Indians and Monkey Bay.
Unfortunately, just due to the distance between BVI and Australia we probably wont charter a yacht there again, but it was certainly something that needed to be ticked off the bucket list. We would be more than happy to use this company at other destinations.
One last tip for those travelling from Australia - we couldn't find anywhere in the BVIs that exchanged Australian Dollars for US Dollars. There were however ATMs to get us out of the trouble.

Solicitamos dejar las balijas en tierra para no ocupar lugar en el barco y nos fue concedido.
Solicitamos dormir a bordo la noche anterior a zarpar para familiarizarnos con el barco y pagando lo mismo que un hotel pudimos hacerlo.
Llegamos con el vuelo temprano por la mañana a Tortola al llegar a la marina vimos que estaban ya lavando nuestro Catamarán fue emocionante ver lo ahi presente después de hacerlo solo visto por fotos. El check-in es siempre por la tarde por lo que aprovechamos para conocer una excelente playa cercana sugerida por el Charteador
Eso si solo hablan ingles.
No tuvimos ningún inconveniente de ningún tipo, soliciten el permiso para Navegar hasta Anegada, vale la pena
La recepción del barco fue muy buena, el breefing el personal es muy atento y cordial.
